Refund policy
Returns
All orders except for items on sale and jewelry can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Sale items are non-refundable. If you have any issues with the quality of your order, please send us an email and we can assist you.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or if you didn't receive the correct item. Please take a photo of any damaged items and email it to us.
Order never received
If your tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive your item, please send us an email with your order number and we will further assist you. If it has been more than 30 days since your order was placed and there is still no movement on your tracking number, please let us know. Please keep in mind that occasionally packages may get delayed due to severe weather and/or holidays.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know once your return has been accepted. Once your return is accepted, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take a few days (typically 3-5 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
